ListingRadius

Listing email that a licensed agent can actually stand behind.

ListingRadius mails a new listing to the licensed real estate agents whose offices sit closest to it. Nothing else. No data-broker lists, no consumer addresses, no scraped inboxes.

How the audience is built

Every recipient is a currently licensed Georgia real estate agent whose record comes from the public licensee file published by the Georgia Real Estate Commission. Offices are geocoded, the listing is geocoded, and the audience is the agents inside the radius the sender chose. Agents who have never engaged are rationed, and agents who have opened or clicked are preferred.

What every message carries

A working one click unsubscribe, a preferences page, a physical postal address, the sending agent's license number and registered firm name, and the Georgia advertising language a licensee is required to include. Fifteen automated compliance checks run against the rendered message before it can be queued, and a managing broker signs off on the design before a sender's first real send.

What it will never do

It will not mail consumers. It will not mail an address that unsubscribed or complained, ever, for any sender. It will not sell, rent, or share the roster. It will not attach a compensation offer to a listing email.
